All of the above prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Rates for upto One Bedroom property. Each additional bed or area please add £10.00 extra.
Charging Policy
- We have a one hour minimum charge and charge per 15 minutes thereafter.
- Cancellations – 50% of the booked time will be chargeable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the job.
- Parking, ULEZ and congestion will be charged in addition to the labour charge.
- Materials are charged in addition.
